Method Seven Coup HPS Transition Features & Benefits
- Sunglasses by day, grow glasses by light.
Adjust from signature blue color balancing technology under HPS grow lights to soft grey/blue in direct sunlight.
Method Seven's HPS Transition lenses sidle from your grow room to the street without missing a beat. Crafted from a durable polymer, these proprietary lenses use photochromic technology to transition from signature blue color balancing technology under high pressure sodium (HPS) grow lights to soft grey/blue in direct sunlight. Experience natural color, comfort, and protection wherever the day takes you. Transition time varies based on weather conditions and UV levels, but it generally takes less than three minutes of consistent exposure to direct sunlight for the lenses to change over. HPS Transition lenses offer 100% UV protection and crisp contrast. Plus, they're made in the USA. The ultimate tool for your indoor grow and your outdoor life.
Fashion-forward, chic, and Italian-made, the Coup saunters from the grow room to the city street without batting an eye. This fashion-forward wayfarer features concealed flex hinges for a custom fit that doesn't sacrifice style. The frame is comfortable and flexible as it's made with TR90: an incredibly durable and lightweight thermoplastic material. Produced with Swiss technology, TR90 allows the Coup to bend under pressure and contour your face.
Method Seven Product Care
For the best experience with your M7 product, tighten the hinge & frame screws occasionally. Hooking temple pieces onto your shirt collar can loosen screws and should be avoided. Clean your glasses frequently, and store them in their M7 case and pouch. Clean by blowing away loose dust and debris, then run warm water over the lenses and frames. Dry using the included microfiber bag or optical cleaning cloth. When a deeper cleaning is required to remove oil or sunscreen, use a small drop of gentle hand-soap between your thumb and forefinger and gentle pressure to wash the lenses. Resin buildup can be safely removed by applying a small drop of coconut oil and rinsing with warm water. Approved “sunglass cleaners” are ok (we like Zeiss lens cleaner, make sure your cleaner says "for coated lenses"), but avoid household glass cleaners and any that may contain ammonia or alcohol. Sunscreen, sweat, hair products, and cosmetics should be immediately washed away as they can damage coatings. Never use paper towels, tissue or t-shirts to clean or dry lenses. Occasionally wash the microfiber bag in the laundry, embedded dust or debris can cause damage. Damage due to improper care is not covered under warranty.
