If the light you order isn't everything we say it is and you are not completely satisfied with it, then you can return it with no questions asked, for up to 90 days after purchase, depending on the brand.

Here’s how it works
It couldn't be easier.
Order any grow light on our site and use it as if you owned it. If, for no reason at all, you aren’t completely satisfied, just send us a message (returns@growlightcentral.com) or give us a call (1-800-660-8319) and we will take the light back.
Once we receive the light in good condition, you will get your money back (depending on the brand, shipping charges and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund). No questions asked. No hassles or forms to fill out. No problems at all.
Conditions
- Some brands will take a certain number of lights back and will refund the full purchase price. Others will deduct shipping charges and a restocking fee. The bottom of this page, details the return policies of each brand.
- The light must be in as-new condition. You can understand that, right? Damage that is not your fault (manufacturer defects) is still covered by the warranty.
- You must contact us via phone, email or our contact form on this page, before sending back the light. We need to know to expect it or we can not refund your money.
