The multi-purpose ShredMaster shredders can be used to quickly size reduce whole fresh flowers or plants for extraction or biomass drying or as size reducers for hemp waste processing.
The ShredMaster is electronically powered to quickly shred wet and dry whole plants and flowers incl. hardened stalks, root balls and even plastic pots.
With a standard 5/16″ output size, the ShredMaster can be used ahead of biomass drying, fresh extraction, or as a size reducer for wet and dry waste. Multiple sizes offer seamless integration into any facility.
High-torque gear drives, hardened hexagonal shafts, and heavy-duty bearings insure long life.
Designed for safe operation with front-mounted controls for fast, easy access.
Optimized in-feed opening allows more surface area for shredding.
Easy permitting and inspection in USA and Canada
The ShredMaster HD can shred whole plants and stalks both wet or dry.
Approximately 5/16″ (7.93mm).
The output size can be changed at the factory by changing the size of the shredding teeth, it can not be changed in the field after factory assembly.
Various power options are available to fit your site requirements, however, all require 3 phase power.
What is the difference between the ShredMaster and ShredMaster HD?
The ShredMaster is more compact and offers a smaller frame and shredding opening size.
The ShredMaster HD has a larger shredding opening size and more powerful motors for higher volume production.
