The Optic XL 1 delivers a full 1.97 umol per watt. making it one of the most efficient lights on the market.
While the standard Optic 1 is driven at 54 watts, the Meanwell driver in the XL drives it at 100 watts, generating twice the output (see the PPFD charts below). This extra power results in yields of 7.14 ounces (200 g), which means up to 2 grams per watt. It features a single CREE XLamp® CXB3590 COB LED
The XL emits a warm white light with a color temperature of 3500K. It is a full cycle light that works well for any stage of growth.

The Optic 1 XL uses a Meanwell HBG-100 driver, which is the best in the industry, to drive the CREE COB LED at 100 watts.
It is cooled by a passive heatsink, so there is no noisy fan. It covers an area of 2 by 2 feet for flowering (4 by 4 for veg) and delivers an incredible amount of light.
At a 16.5 inch hanging height, the PPFD over the 2x2 coverage area is 549.
At an 18 inch hanging height, it is 503.
