With four 9K units (400 sq ft each) and one 12K unit (550 sq ft), this system is ideal for homes, rentals, or office setups that need total room-by-room control. With built-in smart control, high efficiency, and powerful zone coverage, this setup does the job right.

Note about condenser sizes versus total air handler capacity: The total capacity of the combined air handlers may exceed the capacity of the condenser in certain configurations. While this provides more flexibility in your setup, you will need to either shut off one of your air handlers (zones) or reduce the output of all zones.
