The Wachsen Drying Cart-30 is made of stainless steel and can hold up to 30 trays simultaneously, spread out among 3 columns. Choose from white or blue food-grade polypropylene or stainless steel trays that each hold up to 3 pounds of wet product, meaning that up to 90 pounds of wet trim can be dried at once on this cart. The cart and trays clean up easily to help keep your facility’s sanitation levels at the highest standards. Each cart assembles quickly and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
