- Square Feet: Up to 400 | BTU = 9K
- Square Feet: Up to 550 | BTU = 12K
- Square Feet: Up to 800 | BTU = 18K
- Square Feet: Up to 1050 | BTU = 24K
- Square Feet: Up to 1550 | BTU = 36K
Note about condenser sizes versus total air handler capacity: The total capacity of the combined air handlers may exceed the capacity of the condenser in certain configurations. While this provides more flexibility in your setup, you will need to either shut off one of your air handlers (zones) or reduce the output of all zones.
