The MRCOOL DIY Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Mini Split gives you efficient, year-round comfort in three different areas—without hiring an HVAC installer. With two 9K air handlers (350 sq ft each) and one 18K unit (800 sq ft), this system is ideal for primary bedrooms, offices, living rooms, or small open-plan areas.

Just mount the units, connect the lines, and plug it in. It’s heating and cooling on your terms—with smart control, strong warranty coverage, and no service call fees.

Note about condenser sizes versus total air handler capacity: The total capacity of the combined air handlers may exceed the capacity of the condenser in certain configurations. While this provides more flexibility in your setup, you will need to either shut off one of your air handlers (zones) or reduce the output of all zones.
