The MRCOOL DIY Multi-Zone 36,000 BTU Dual Zone Mini Split delivers powerful climate control to two large rooms—without hiring a contractor. With one 12K air handler (for up to 550 sq ft) and one 18K (for up to 800 sq ft), it’s ideal for open spaces, primary bedrooms, or converted garages.

This system comes pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant—no special tools or HVAC license required. Get reliable heating, cooling, and dehumidifying in every season, plus smart control through your phone, voice assistants, or remote.

Note about condenser sizes versus total air handler capacity: The total capacity of the combined air handlers may exceed the capacity of the condenser in certain configurations. While this provides more flexibility in your setup, you will need to either shut off one of your air handlers (zones) or reduce the output of all zones.
