The Craft Farmer V3 Undercanopy Light is built to illuminate what most growers overlook: the lower canopy. Drawing just 120W, this under-canopy flowering LED features Osram and Samsung diodes housed in durable aluminum with a glass top for superior light transmission. Its spectrum is specifically tuned with Deep and Far Red wavelengths to stimulate lower bud sites, improve color, and enhance resin production.
Designed for commercial and large-scale cultivation, each 4' light bar can be daisy-chained for fast installation and clean wiring. With 2.8 µmol/J efficiency, IP66 waterproof rating, and a 7-year warranty, this fixture delivers reliable performance run after run.
Is the Craft Farmer V3 energy-efficient?
Yes. Operating from 120V–277V auto-sensing input, each bar consumes just 120W while providing 336 µmol/s PPF. You can daisy-chain 8-18 lights depending on voltage (8 @120V, 18 @277V). Compared to overhead-only setups, this light provides higher yield per watt and more balanced canopy development for serious cultivators.

Note also that the lights connect together without interconnecting cables. The interconnecting cables are only needed to create the U where you have 2 rows of lights on a single bench OR if you need a space (up to 4 feet) between under canopy lights.

Recommended Coverage
- 3 lights per 4'×4' or 5'×5' area for balanced canopy lighting
- Between plant rows: Mount the light bars upside down, facing upward, about 4-6" below the canopy
- Space evenly to ensure full lower-canopy coverage and consistent flower development
Installation Tips
- For proper connection, use Craft Farmer power cords (240V or 277V) and extension cables (sold separately); if you prefer 120V, an adapter can be purchased separately from other retailers
- Confirm all electrical work is done by a licensed electrician and inspected per local code
- Keep lights clear of standing water; the IP66 housing protects against humidity and splashing
