All Yield Lab products are offered with a minimum 30 day warranty against any manufacturer defects. The manufacturer will replace any defective parts within the warranty period.
Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If, for any reason, your product is defective, please contact us at returns@growlightcentral.com.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping to the manufacturer, unless notified otherwise by a representative.
We understand that when you're in the middle of a grow cycle, time is critical. If you need a replacement product that is covered under warranty, you may put a deposit on the replacement product in order for us to ship it immediately. Once the defective product is received and verified to be defective, the deposit payment will be refunded.
