The GreenBroz Precision Sorter is a revolution in size sorting for your harvest. Simple to use and gentle on your hemp, the Precision Sorter allows you to exponentially speed up your sorting process while maintaining that fine quality your cultivation is known for.
With an average speed of 90 lbs per hour the Precision Sorter allows you to sort 60 times faster than by hand. Faster sorting times allow your hemp to spend less time in the processing phase of your cultivation, in addition to being handled less by your staff, ensuring that your product remains as close to fresh off the stem as possible.
Great care and precision went into developing the Precision Sorter, which was built with lab/surgical-grade materials like 316 stainless steel and polyurethane. Additionally, the HMI digital user interface allows you to control the speed of the conveyor and the bands on the machine. The digital HMI also provides access to support materials, help information, and additional machine settings.

The Sorter Table boasts up to a 15-pound capacity while offering flexible size adjustments to fit your sorting needs.
The versatility of the table allows you to ditch previously used pre-sized bins, which can constrain your size options. It aligns perfectly with the Precision Sorter outfeed and the shallow bin depth minimizes vertical drop, further preserving quality.
You now can easily scale your sorting process through the addition of multiple Sorter Tables, sending full tables along for further processing while wheeling in a replacement table, effectively enabling continuous processing.
