Cool hood reflectors like this one from iPower are give you the most intense light for the deepest possible canopy penetration. They also allow you to vent air directly over the bulb, keeping excess heat away from your plants.

The main drawbacks of a cool hood reflector are a higher price and a smaller coverage area, but this one is so large that you still get a humongous 6 by 6 feet of coverage. This reflector is also available in a smaller size with 6-inch vents.
