HLG 260 Watt V2 BSpec Quantum Board DIY Kit (Veg)
The HLG 260 Watt V2 BSpec DIY LED Grow Light Kit from Horticulture Lighting Group is a great way to get a high-quality American-made light for less. You simply have to assemble the components yourself, but it is surprisingly easy (see the video below).
Once assembled, you get a 500 watt HID equivalent light that vegges a 4 by 4 foot space with a powerful 3500K all-white light with supplemental 470 nm blue diodes.

Assembly Notes
No thermal interface material is required between the LED board and the heat sink.
Remove the black plug on top of driver and use a small Philips head screwdriver to adjust power.
NOTE: Boards should be wired in series with the driver for maximum output
