Each HLG 650R uses 4 of HLG's custom designed full-spectrum high-efficiency white light quantum boards with Samsung LM301H and Deep Red LED 660nm diodes.
The 650R is dimmable from 160 to 630 watts. If you need a light specifically for vegging, the HLG 600 BSpec is the one you want, though the 650R is excellent at vegging, too.
